These terms govern the use of Journal Automation, operated by Emran Hasan Rabbi. Installing or using the plugin means accepting them.
Journal Automation produces social media cards and videos from a customer's published stories and posts them to the customer's own connected accounts. The customer remains the publisher of everything that goes out.
Payment is arranged directly with the operator, and the licence is activated once payment is received. Prices may change for future terms; a term already paid for is not affected. Fees already paid are not refundable once the licence has been activated, except where the service could not be delivered at all.
We will make a reasonable effort to keep the service running and to fix faults promptly. The service depends on third parties — Facebook, YouTube, Telegram and AI providers — and on the customer's own website being reachable. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for a platform refusing, removing or limiting a post.
Rendering video costs real computing time. A licence is for normal newsroom volumes. If usage is far beyond that, we will discuss a larger package rather than cut anyone off without warning.
We may suspend an account that is used to publish unlawful material, that breaks a platform's rules in a way that puts our own service at risk, or whose licence has lapsed.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the current licence term. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost readership, revenue or reputation.
A customer may stop at any time by deactivating the plugin; the licence runs to the end of its paid term. On termination we delete stored access tokens and, on request, everything else — see Data Deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
